Bad vibes how do you clean stuff that is bewitched?

This woman was cleaning out her attic and posted online everyone to come get stuff for free I got some wooden blocks for children immediately I felt darkness and felt drained and emotional like I could cry and I wanted to know how do you cleanse the stuff that has bad vibes and could be contaminated with any ritual or dark arts how do you cleanse yourself after touching it? do you get rid of the stuff toys or is there a way to cleanse the items? But I washed it in a bucket immediately my hand felt numb and I felt like pins needles and then my whole body felt exhausted and I feel emotional for no reason and I'm thinking this is the stuff from the person attic and it's a old house that seemed scary
