It’s yeast. Keep it clean and dry. You can ask your doctor about an antifungal cream, or dust over it with cornstarch or arrowroot flour after a shower to keep moisture away.

It's a yeast infection, it can happen if you're not keeping it clean/dry. You can get regular monistat cream and use it, it'll clear up within a few days.
