Maternity leave

I don’t even know where to start but her you go… so I been working for this company for the past 9 month. I’m currently 9 month pregnant just a few days away from giving birth. I keep chasing HR because first of all they say I ran out of our and will be firing me ( which I was fine with that) I been extremely tired and these people don’t understand at all. Any who, meetings after meetings with them

They kept telling me I don’t qualify for FMLA since I’m not the year yet, I said ok, but I do qualify for short term disability at least!!!

Today is my last day and these people haven’t let me go or give me no paper for the short term disability. I don’t know what to do at this point,

Should I apply for short term disability right after I have my baby? Or would that be bringing me problems. Like I mentioned before I ran out of our and they were supposed to fired me but never did. I’m not even sure if I can come back after the baby is 6 weeks. They are not communicating with me what so ever.
