should i see a doctor (white spots in throat)

i was sick sick for like a week, horse voice, really sore throat, cough. then for the last 8ish days my throat has has a lingering pain (not bad. like a 3/10 on the pain scale), no fever, feel normal. but i have these white spots on the back of my throat now and i’ve tried gargling and stuff and they won’t go away. plus the one of my uvulas has a spot on it that’s swollen (it’s probably hard to tell). with this + the pain (while not that bad) lingering around for so long idk if i should go to a doctor even with no other symptoms
