Earlier I wiped I saw a hint of green. When I went again it was back to normal. What does it mean and what can I do? Trying to avoid doctor if can.

They will preform an exam, take a swab of the discharge and send it to the lab to find out what kind of infection you have to prescribe the correct medication to cure it. PLEASE just call a doctor now and stop worrying about what they are going to do. You can't treat infections at home.
