What is a phrase that people say that you hate. Also, what is one that you like/use often? I’ll go first
HATE: age is just a number. I hate it when talking about relationships and also when someone says it to make a person feel better about getting older.
LIKE: it is what it is. I like this one cause it helps bring me back to earth when I start stressing about something out of my control.

I hate the phrase “terrible twos”

"It was God's will." 
I despise that phrase because it's used to disguise ineptitude, irresponsibility and wrecklessness. 
Someone I know caused the death of someone to his drunk driving and his whole family credit it to being God's will and him needing another angel 🤨.
My cousin was so irresponsible with her birth control by not using any, after having three very hard pregnancies and labor, plus a multitude of personal health problems, but when she got pregnant again it was totally God's will 🙄.
