Blighted Ovum or Misdiagnosed??

Ok. I have a very complicated pregnancy history. I just lost my daughter at 22 weeks back in October 2022. Found out I was pregnant again here in December 2022.

Because I had a recent loss, I went in for early ultrasounds starting at 5 weeks. At 5 weeks, we saw a sac with absolutely NOTHING in it. We also saw a subchoreonic hemorrhage.

Came in one week later and saw a sac measuring 6 weeks 3 days and saw nothing either. However, the subchorionic hemorrhage completely disappeared.

I did see a little something, something. I asked the ultrasonographer and she said that we should see at least yolk sac and fetal pole right now.

I did mention that I see a little something and she said that it was just left over cells that were trying to develop and I should expect to miscarry within the next week or so.

So I’m just kinda waiting around to bleed. But anyone else see something?? Am I losing my marbles?
