normal?

i’ve experienced carpal tunnel symptoms for the past year and a half (shortly after i had my son who’s 2) but tonight for the first time i’m experiencing numbness and it just started in my hand but now it’s up to my shoulder, only on the right side. i’m not having any chest pain. my whole body feels like pins and needles, hard to explain but it’s like a feeling of weakness in every part of my body. my whole arm has been numb for like 30 min. my vision also feels a little wonky, like i feel like i’ve had a couple drinks (i’m pregnant so i definitely haven’t). everything was so random but it’s freaking me out, not sure what to do right now? any advice?
