Visitation drive?

Who makes the drive to pickup or drop off kids for visitation if you live far apart?

My baby’s father and I live 2 hours apart. He refuses to come get him, so I have been meeting half way. But now that he won’t pay any child support, I told him he’d have to come get him from a little further than halfway. He came to pick up the baby Friday, and refused to bring him back sunday, so I had to drive to his house to pick him up.

How does yalls arrangement work? Is it court ordered that one of you drives the whole way, or do you meet?
