Aggravated assault

I was physically assaulted today and my soon to be husband just stoop there watching and did nothing to defend or protect me . My ex 200 lb male assaulted me and my soon to be just stood there . His excuse was that he has a clean record and doesn’t want to go to jail . Meanwhile I ended up with a cracked head fractured arm 2 black eyes stitches on my temple and my mouth busted !! Yes my ex got arrested the cops were called by a person that was at the park jogging because my soon to be was even scared to do that I screamed at him hurry call the cops because I couldn’t even get up from the ground and he said if we call I will probably get arrested Why I don’t understand

Thankfully someone called and I was taken to hospital and guess what he didn’t even go to hospital with me he was just like call me when I have to pick you up . No I didn’t call him and I don’t think I want to see him ever again .
