Harassment from ex

So I’m not sure if this is something I can take to the police or not. First off my tire was slashed back in august when I was at my current boyfriends house while we were gone and I’m 100% sure that it was my ex. I did file a police a report just start a paper trail and then over the weekend I had a miss call and voicemail from a random number and it was ex saying “yo when am I going to get some p*ssy next you wh*re a** b*tch”. Is this considered harassment that I can put on top of my last report??
