Uti flare ups
So I’ve been struggling with uti’s for about 18 months now, I feel like if I get fingered it causes a flare up, the fingers are clean so idk how to stop the infections, any ideas?
Been seeing urologist. On low does of antibiotics & go on stronger ones when I get positive infection. Also on d-mannose But still get them despite all my efforts.
