36weeks cervix check

Hi all I have couple concerns on my upcoming appointment this weekend.

1. I have bad hemorrhoids (external) for past 3days. Am worried my ob will be disgusted by my it during my cervix check. I have weekly appointment going forward. Should I request to postpone?

2. What would the blood work be for? Just in case am in pain bec of hemorrhoids can I take tyelonol before blood work?

3. If anyone been there pls suggest otc medication. I just bought and started preparation h gel today.
