I’m a ftm and don’t know what to expect. I could just be overreacting lol but wanted some input

I’m 38wks, 2cm dilated and ob said my cervix was very thinned out. Had a membrane sweep yesterday and lost my bloody show this morning and have had constant diarrhea and nausea

All day I’ve had inconsistent cramping but this evening I’ve had more consistent back cramps that last 30-45 seconds and come every 15ish minutes. Nothing crazy but noticeable. I’m getting cramps that wrap all around but those only last 30 seconds and are happening every 25-30 minutes

Could this be early labor? I’m not sure what to expect

Debating at least getting monitored at l&d but don’t want to be ridiculous
