Has anyone stopped taking unisom around 11 weeks and been no longer nauseous ?

Has anyone stopped taking the Unisom combo yet at 10-11 weeks? I haven't been nauseous at all and food aversions stopped. I was nauseous a little last week but I also was sick so could have been why. But I'm not sure if it's completely gone because of the unisom or because I'm not longer getting morning sickness.

My dilemma is I'm still sick. Doctor said I could take robitussin for my cough. I have a bad cough/chest congestion and was hoping it would loosen whatever's in me up so I could get better but the unisom and robitussin have a drug interaction according to google 😫. So contemplating which to take. Risk being sick tomorrow which sounds worse than coughing or take the cough medicine and get over this cold faster (hopefully).
