Spotting or implantation?

So today when I wiped there was a tiny bit of pink discharge, nothing since. I am 9dpo and have had ping pain in my belly to the left side on and off and major sore breasts, almost like someone punching me in a fresh bruise, that pain was here for a few days and now it's mild, could I still get my bfp? Or is it early signs of af? Been 16 years since last pregnancy so kinda not sure what to look for. Took a test 3 days ago negative, I know it was early but just had to..
