We just started talking and he’s obsessed with me, is that a red flag?

We have hung out twice and we knew each other like 15 years ago. We ran into each other last weekend so we hung out for a few hours that night and again tonight. I told him I’m waiting for sex and want to take things slow. I’ve rushed things in the past and my feelings got skewed because of sex. He already doesn’t want me having sex with anyone else, said don’t go anywhere, said he has feelings for me and sees a future. It seems like a lot very fast, are these red flags since it’s so soon?

It just depends really if your “talking “ to some one your planing on talking about being with that person to me when your “ talking” to someone you shouldn’t be going out having sex with other dudes or hanging out with other dudes it’s different if you guys are still in the friend stage and haven’t mentioned anything about wanting to actually “talk “to said person,

Personally I don’t think this is all that much of a red flag IF there isn’t other odd behavior. 
Technically you can’t be mad at anyone seeing other people unless you discussed exclusivity. That being said, I always brought it up really early on. Like after 2-3 dates. I would just ask if they were seeing anyone else and let people know EARLY that I intend to wait til an actual relationship is built to be intimate but I’m not interested in people who are having casual sex with others while dating me. I never got the notion of seeing people casually if there’s one person you really like that you’re seeing but just haven’t had the “are we exclusive” talk yet.
That, though, is because I always dated for marriage. I have never been interested in super casual bf/gf stuff. If I wanted that casual environment I probably wouldn’t have felt that way but I didn’t really have a “let’s see where this goes” mentality. If I couldn’t see it getting serious I would peace out.
I think most likely he probably just doesn’t want a girl he’s dating to be having sex w others. Which is a totally fine prerogative but you don’t have to agree to it. He may just be one of those people who start out committed to the dating process.

I don't see any red flags. You two are talking so I can see why he doesn't want you to have sex with other people. The future he's talking about very well been he just sees you two as boyfriend and girlfriend.

I would think that's a red flag because you told him you want to take things slow. I would be turned off

But if he’s telling you you can’t go anywhere just tell him your not in a committed relationship he can’t tell you what to do but as for the sex part it’s understandable.
