Do boobs really become smaller after breastfeeding??!

I keep hearing that your boobs actually get smaller once you’re done breastfeeding….like smaller than they were before! Is this true?! I’m so scared! 😳

My boobs got bigger. They’re definitely not as perky as they used to be though. But as others have said it doesn’t matter if you breastfeed or not, pregnancy is what changes your boobs

The hormones and everything from pregnancy are what make them smaller and saggy after for some people, not from breastfeeding.

For myself they didn’t become smaller I would just say that they lost a bit of volume? So they’re a bit flatter then before kids lol.

Mine are bigger than pre-pregnancy, but after breastfeeding for almost 3 years straight they are certainly a bit flatter. Mostly I think they become softer.

I have literally just nipples now. They were a small b. But some other women don’t get small boobs. Some women’s asses fall off (sadly I lost mine too). But every BODY is different.

Not necessarily. Everybody is different I had an a cup before my kids now a c cup. It's different for everyone. Only time will tell. I also have friends who didn't get smaller.

Everyone is different. I’ve breastfed two babies for two years each and my boobs have only gotten bigger. Granted my kids are 20 years apart so the girls had plenty of recovery time between. I have friends who complain that they’ve lost volume after breastfeeding, so I know it’s a thing
