Babybjorn Carrier.

Question

I’m looking to buy a babybjorn carrier but can’t decide which of these styles to go for. Has anyone used either and would recommend? There’s quite a difference in the price but 1 is used up to 1 year and the other up to 3 years. Do people tend to use them beyond 1 year? We plan to use to make dog walking a bit easier.

I used my carrier until my daughter was about two years old. I had the baby Bjorn mini when she was a newborn and it was wonderful. But I wish I had gotten the air one because it's also a fantastic carrier and can be used for much longer. ￼It can be used up to 30 pounds or something like that, and you can do a back carry with it which is how I ended up carrying my daughter for quite a long time. ￼￼I ended up buying a much cheaper, much less comfortable carrier, so that I can continue baby wearing. Wish I had put all of the money into getting the air one.

I absolutely love the one air! I carried my daughter in it until she was 18mo. I used it occasionally as a back carrier when she was older but by then she just wanted to be walking. It's held up great so I was able to use it for my second and will also use it for my third in a few months once he's out of the wrap.
