Bfp after miscarriage 4 weeks ago!

Had a faint positive this morning after bfn for a few weeks now. But i felt pregnant again this week, took a test Tuesday bfn. Took one yesterday faint line but still not enough to convince me. So I took one this morning and this is what i got. So I called my doctor and they had me come in for blood test. I am only 11 dpo so wasn't sure what hcg levels would be. Hcg is 19 which they said is normal for 11 dpo and to come back Monday to make sure its doubling! I'm in shock but so excited!
