Healthy for my kids…?
My dear ol mother in law decided to comment on the fact that my 4 year old is “wild” because I give him unhealthy food. He is autistic with adhd so yes he’s energetic. But it’s not because of his diet 🙄. Anyway, for an example, this is what my kids have eaten today/will eat:
Breakfast- blueberry waffle, chicken maple breakfast sausage, grape slices
Snack- pretzels with a date
Lunch- chicken, cauliflower and sweet potato with cheese, apple slices
Snack- yogurt probiotic drink
Dinner- roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, green beans
She said it’s too much sugar, and I’m like where? From the fruit?!
