Mastitis

This is my 3rd baby, I’ve had clogged ducts before but never mastitis… until yesterday. I have a massive clogged duct I somehow didn’t notice (it’s deep under my breast near bra line) and immediately spiked a fever & felt like hell. I’m on antibiotics every 4hrs but still feel awful. I also cannot get the clog to unclog bc of where it’s positioned. I’m starting to panic! I’ve tried different nursing positions (hard when they aren’t so little anymore), pumping, Haakaa, heat, expressing in the shower.. nothing is working. Any suggestion? Also how long will I feel like death?! The fever & chills & sweats are literally worse then when I had Covid.
