Shocks in Boob and/or Chest

So about 7 hours ago out of nowhere while I was shopping , I suddenly felt these sharp sensations that go away almost instantly in my left boob and/or chest.

They are painful when they happen but go away almost instantly. It happens sometimes randomly, but mostly when I sit up straight, move my arms or cough.

I believe it to be something muscular because it also sometimes happens at the same time (similar sensation) behind my right ear.

I went to the chiropractor about 2 hours ago and he said I was very tight. Then I took a warm shower and am laying down per his instruction, I just moved in bed and felt the shock again! I don’t know what is causing this, has this happened to anyone else?? It feels like it is never going to go away! 😩
