Should I get looked at?

I woke up this morning and was playing with my two year old and he head butted me in the nose. Initially, there was a cracking noise, it was really painful, and my eyes watered. At first it looked a little bruised but it’s hard to tell because my face can naturally be pretty red. It’s now a little over an hour later and if I don’t mess with it, it just feels like there’s a lot of pressure and the end of my nose feels tingly. If I touch the middle of my nose, it hurts. My son touched his head for a few seconds after we collided but has been totally fine since.
