Bra fit help!!

So this bra is a 34AA. The band feels nice but the cups seem a little small and the center of the bra constantly sticks up (in the second photo) even when I'm standing straight up. My measurements are underbust 29" (a 32 band felt tight and left marks) and overbust is 31". Should I increase the band or cup size? I don't know what to try next.

If it helps, my breast are athletic shape and have almost no fat to them.

These are the bras I ordered. All 3 fit the same. I've tried a 34AAA, cups were to small, band sat up in the middle. I've worn a 32A (off Amazon) band was always leaving marks under my breast, cups were a tad big, and the middle piece still sat up. I constantly have to pull them back under my breast. I've tried so many sizes to none fitting right and I'm at the point of giving up. Is there any other kind I can try? I was hoping to get Tshirt bras that fit
