What are my chances that I can get pregnant again ?

I was pregnant twice last year in January 2022 which heartbreakingly was a chemical pregnancy and in June 2022 was another heartbreaking miscarriage at 8 weeks our baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. I was 38 years old nearly 39 at the time that we got pregnant both were conceived first time trying to conceive.

We have a 3 year who also was conceived first time I was 35 when we got pregnant and I was 36 years when we had our son.

I’m now 39 and my husband is 41 and we have been ttc for 6 months now and we are still not pregnant I know it can take longer with age but could I have just stopped ovulating altogether or have the miscarriages affected my fertility now I just don’t know please could you offer me any advice I really do appreciate it.
