I work for a restaurant and I’d say A. All the pros impact my work alot so that sounds like good reasons

A seems like the better choice unless the commute doesn’t make sense financially.. the turnover rate shouldn’t matter as long as you feel confident and secure who cares how many employees they go thru

For me coworkers are very important. When you have good communication with your coworkers, many things become much more easier. So I’d choose A
