Anyone experience something like this?

On the day my app said I was ovulating I had the worst pain in my bladder area. I thought it was my appendix. The pain subsided after a couple hours. 3 days later I had light pink spotting. I figured implantation bleeding. Then 2 days after that (yesterday) I passed something very small & white, with a little light pink blood. I thought wow that’s weird. Then I started bleeding heavily. One week before my expected period. I have never been off on my period day by more than 1 day, it always comes as expected. Except for when I’ve been pregnant (I’ve had 2 pregnancies and 2 babies). I took a pregnancy test this morning and I see a verrrrrrrrrry faint second line. I wouldn’t even expect to see anything as I’m not due for my period until next week. But this makes me think I had a miscarriage, at 3 weeks. Is that possible? Has anyone experienced this? I went to my dr and she said I probably am just “off” and got my period early. Which could totally be the case, but part of me thinks this is a very early miscarriage. Thoughts?
