Application Help (NC) idk where to post sorry

So we've been struggling and want to apply for WIC or SNAP as well as Medicaid, the issue is we're not 100% on the income situation. I get Transitional Compensation from the military due to abuse I recieved by my ex husband. It is a non-taxable income, I can't use it to get loans and I obviously can't file taxes with it. It's not something I get forever, in fact it ends in May 2024. Now for the medical application it asks for only income related to a job or retirement benefits, but for WIC or SNAP it says any income. Do I put mine on there even though by every other standard it isn't considered an income? I feel like this is a dumb question and situation to be confused about. I also don't want to lie, but we're also terrified of not getting approved despite us barely getting by month to month.
