Normal symptoms? Having a lot of cramping

Are these normal symptoms? I’ve been very tired recently, had sore boobs, vivid dreams, and since yesterday have been having a lot of cramping. Based on my last period I’m supposedly only 6dpo today but I think I must have ovulated sooner than I thought because I got 2 positive pregnancy tests this morning. My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so the cramping is kinda worrying me. Did anyone else cramp a lot very early on? They feel very similar to period cramps

I cramped quite a bit early on. It was mild and similar to period cramps but it was quite frequent. As long as it’s not severe and debilitating, you should be fine.
