Could this be Implentation bleeding?

I’ve recently two days ago started this brown discharge which is very very light (spotting) because it’s honestly there today I grab tissue and actually push it in a little to see and I get this brown (tissue with just brown watermark)… well the jelly like start was confusing because I never started periods like such and I’ve got the stretchy brown with a little red as in the other photo later that day and day after I got more of the jelly type like egg white like the first one but it was a red streak and not as cloudy egg white that was yesterday and didn’t capture picture

plus I tested and think I seen vvvvfl but think it’s messing with me and took a blood test that came out negative and now literally I’ve been with this for now three days as of today.
