Could I be miscarrying
My period was late for 8-10 days and I just started bleeding out of no where and now I just have pelvic pain
and I’ve been trying to conceive for a year and a half now
I miscarried at 18weeks on 11/25/21
I’ve never had a early MC before and I never got the chance to a pregnancy test usually I’d just be like oh it’s heavy but it feels different this time
