Bleeding when using bathroom.

Apologies for such a disgustingly graphic photograph but I'm honestly concerned.

I very rarely have bowel movements, I'm talking like two or so weeks without going and then a build up happens where for a night or more I'll be up and down constantly needing to go. Sometimes spending 2+ hours stuck on the toilet which leads me to that good old chap Mr. Hemorrhoids... Anyway, I'm assuming a lot of the blood is due to that as every bowel movement results in those but a few times now it's been like this.

My doctors have never been concerned as they put it down to anxiety and IBS but this isn't normal. How do I go about getting them to take me seriously.
