5w2d and pinching/pulling pain when sneezing and coughing?

I'm finally pregnant after 4 years of infertility!I am absolutely over the moon 🥰💕🤰I have taken a digital test today (can't stop testing) and it said pregnant 2-3 so I am very hopeful!!

Nearly every time I cough or sneeze, of get up too fast I get a pulling pain in either side, it happens to both sides but mostly my right side. I do have a drs appt this Tuesday so I'll be asking for an early ultrasound to confirm baby is in the right place but has anyone had this too and all was OK? I am having no bleeding and no other pain, only when I sneeze etc. Thanks in advance ❤
