Im very anxious !!!

I’m 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant . Very positive pregnancy tests. I have 3 pregnancies that ended in a live healthy birth NO miscarriages (that I’m aware of). I’m in my early 30’s . Never had any real big complications with any of them other than bleeding with my 3rd. Here I am stressing tho. I’m scared of ectopic even tho I never had one ever before. Last night me and my husband was messing around and I had organism NO penetration and this morning when I woke up I had some very light brown spotting only once when I wiped. Should I be rushing to the doctors or is this normal ??? I’m a nervous wreck now a days .
