MIL drama

So my MIL hasn’t seen my 2 year old since august & we just welcomed our 2nd daughter 3 days ago and now she’s suddenly wanting to “fix” the relationship and see my kids. Am I over reacting for not wanting her to be in their lives? She went 6 months the first year my oldest was born without seeing her and we let her come back into her life & now this. Im just wanting to avoid hurting my children by absent people. I need others thoughts before I tell my husband how I feel😔

Edit to add she doesn’t respect me or my husband when we set rules for our kids. She’s put my 2 year old in harms way more then once. She expects it to be on me for bringing my children to see her. She’s called me names to my husband more then once & refuses to talk to me about anything but complains to my FIL (her ex husband) about how I choose to raise my kids. She’s shamed me for breastfeeding because she’s unable to feed my kids. I’m tired of constantly being talked down to and made to feel bad or wrong for the way I choose to do things.
