Irregular period same time as last year

I don’t think I’m pregnant or anything but I have an odd question for anyone, January 2021 I thought I might of had a miscarriage I had really bad blood clots and was bleeding through a tampon and pad, through my pants and all (sorry TMI) but I never experienced something like this. Then I got my period with a few weeks again. Was just really weird from January-February. Then 2022 February I had close periods again(not crazy heavy) but close and one of them lasted 10 days. Now this year, February again, my period seems to be irregular again and I’m late. Has anyone experienced something like this ? Same time of year having an irregular period but every other months have been completely normal? I don’t experience irregular periods ever. Except these times I’m listing.
