When should I go to the hospital?

For about a week now I have been feeling dizzy. I have been having nauseas, vomiting and diarrhea. Yesterday I was in the shower and almost passed out. I am 13 weeks and I know these symptoms can be normal but at what point should I seek medical attention?

Thank you to everyone that commented. I ended up going to the hospital and they gave me two bags of iv fluids. They think it was a gi bug and dehydration.

If your shower is too hot it can raise your body temp which lowers your blood pressure. Thats why it makes you feel faint. Happened to me a lot during my pregnancies until I realized I just needed to decrease the water temp. 😅

Make sure you eat and drink cold water before showering

If you are close to passing out you need medical attention immediately. It sounds like you are dehydrated and need in fluids. Call you doctor asap.
