How often should my 9 month old eat?
I give her a yogurt in the morning and then around 6-7 pm a baby food pouch. During the day she eats whatever I eat. Not much a few bites. I’m not against giving her all my food like BLW I just have a bunch my MIL gave me (yogurt and baby food pouches) that I’m trying to get rid of. She is a chunky mama at 20 lbs and I want to make sure I’m feeding her enough.
