Nexplanon question

I just got nexplanon placed on february 10th. Started havung unprotected sex a week later (meaning no condoms or alternative birth control) because i got it placed the day before i started my period and my doctor didnt tell me a time to wait so i asked around and looked at multiple internet sources. Anyways lol, ive been SO nauseous yesterday and today. Im not a oerson who typically gets nauseous. This is the first time ive been on hormonal birth control since i was 18, before this i had the paraguard IUD. my question is, is neasea normal after just getting nexplanon put in place? Could i possibly be pregnant and its morning sickness?
