Am I pregnant 🥺

I missed my first period and was more then 20 days late I got notification that my ovulation started and that same day I started heavily bleed... My significant other and I have been trying to conceive for multiple months this was my very first missed period but I got very nervous when I started bleeding very heavily ... Am I pregnant or am I just being dumb 🥺... My nipples have been hurting for several nights and I have been experiencing nausea every night for 3 nights... I'm constantly tired but my eating habits have actually decreased besides my usual cravings for sweets... Any advice....
