Parents that homeschool.. advice!

A

I have a 7 year old who is in first grade, and my 4 year old will be going into kindergarten this fall. My husband and I have always talked about how we don’t agree with the school systems overall and homeschooling would be ideal. We ultimately decided to send our kids to school for the social aspect because my husband and I are very anti social and knew they wouldn’t get out too much. But this year at my daughter’s elementary school, they had multiple bomb threats that ended up being fake from a few high schoolers. Not only that, but at our high school and middle school, multiple kids have committed suicide due to bullying. This came as a shock to us because we live in a very safe town, but it really puts things into perspective. Our son also learns a little slower and differently than other kids, while our daughter tends to excel and think everything is boring because it’s not challenging for her. We have made the decision to move to homeschooling but we’re unsure of where to start. I know it’s different every where, but I was hoping someone could give me advice on this.

Is full homeschooling better than digital (k-12) ?

If you’re not doing digital, where are you getting your curriculum? I’m at stay at home mom so I have time, but I know this will be a huge challenge for me to learn how to do this. Any advice at all helps
