No condom if on birth control ?

I’m 20 and me and my bf have been sexually active for the past year and we both lost our virginity’s to eachother, we’ve both been tested and we’ve never had unprotected sex with eachother once. I got on birth control a few months ago and I was wondering if if I’m gonna get pregnant on the pill if I don’t have a condom ?? Condoms are expensive and having to buy them is getting tiring. Am I ok to just use the pill as my pregnancy protection?

Yeah. The pill is about 98% effective against pregnancy when taken correctly. 
I was on the pill for a few years and never had an accidental pregnancy.

I’d rather the condom , birth control has side effects. I’ve tried taking it several times and it either messed up my cycle for months, or gave me migraines. My friend also got a blood clot while taking it. Buy a jumbo box of condoms you’ll save more then buying individual packs at the store . Also keeping track of when you are probably ovulating and not have sex those days is also a good plan along with the condoms
