Stop naps or let them naturally stop?

She is 3 year 3 months and still naps

Answer

If you feel she still ‘needs’ the nap then I’d let her still have it
If she’s taking a lot longer to fall asleep for the nap or bedtime is becoming an issue or there are early day waking times I’d drop it
I was planning on keeping my 2.5yr old napping for a while longer until 3 but we’ve ended up dropping it already about 3wks ago due to him fighting it for ages and he’s been fine :)
