Does this sound like I’m developing an eating disorder?
So I am fat. Before kids I was like 130lbs and really healthy. I haven’t been able to lose the weight. I would diet and exercise every day and only saw maybe a 5lb difference. It really discouraged me. Then I’d fall off the wagon and gain the weight back. Well back in December I got really sick with Covid. Like really sick. Ended up in the hospital. It has been a slow recovery. I lost weight because I couldnt eat much from nausea. Once I started feeling better towards the end of January I just continued not eating. I would eat one meal a day, dinner. And I’d only eat a plate, no seconds or desserts. In the morning I’d just have black coffee with almond milk. The weight is coming off. But I know I’m starving myself. I have awful hunger pains all day that ache my back and make me feel weak. But I’m encouraged finally seeing the weight loss. I started at 190lbs at 5’6”. Now as of this morning I’m 173lbs. This morning I had a few strawberries and grapes. In the afternoon I had a couple of pretzels dipped in hummus. Then for dinner, idk, I’ll eat something small of whatever I make for the kids.
