Fertility struggles - low AMH

My fertility specialist told me not to stress about this but of course I will! My AMH level (taken on cd 2) came back as 0.6.. what? I’m 22! I was so shocked, I didn’t even know what to think or what to ask but now that some time has passed, I have questions.

My fiancés sperm was checked, he’s in the normal range. With my AMH level being low, does that make me *limited* to IVF? Would fertility drugs like clomid be an effective option for me, in terms of AMH? My specialist said that we would go over our specific treatment plan next month after all the testing is done but now I’m just scared. Any advice or insight is appreciated. We’ve been trying for 3 years.
