3.2.8 workout
I just heard about this new workout trend going around. I usually don’t pay much attention to those but this one claims to be pcos friendly and actually seems doable for me with maybe some tweaks
Basically you do 3 days of weighted body workouts.. so one day is upper body, then lower body, and the 3rd is full body
Then 2 days a week you do Pilates or barre
And then you have to get 8,000 steps a day
How long is each workout supposed to be though?? I know you’re supposed to workout a minimum of 30 min a day but is that enough to see results with this??
It claims in 4 weeks you will feel it
In 8 weeks you will noticed the difference
And in 12 weeks you will be completely transformed
