How to survive when your on your period!

1. Take a hot bath or a hot shower 🛁

2. Have some dark chocolate 🍫

3. Have period pain pills with you always.

4. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep 💤.

5. Have pads or tampons with you at all times.

6. Relax and watch a movie 🍿.

7. Take off of work if you have to for that time of the month.

8. Do a meditation video on YouTube if your stressed or having a hard time.

9. Breathe in and out for 10 minutes and -trust me it will make a huge difference.
