Am I or no?

What are your thoughts?

Usually my breasts start to hurt a week before my period comes and light spotting for 2-3 days then it stops then my period will come 2-3 days after that spotting. This time around my breasts didn’t hurt until the closet time to my period. I had light spotting for a day then stopped for 2 days then spotting again. Light. Already a day late on my period, since it’s not heavy. I took a test the light was faint but noticeable.. waited a day, took two more and they came out negative. Now I’m cramping really bad. Any ideas or just a weird month?
