Work - is this normal?
Started first job couple 6 months back, Team expects I need to be super fast and know as much as they do. They have been there for between 1-20 years. My work is super time sensitive and lot a of attention to details is needed. Since I am the newest I need assistance at times but boss keeps pushing and calls me out if things are not done right away. He keeps on asking and pushing and I feel like I am spread thin and everything is super urgent. I like my work, I live pay check to pay check but not sure if this feeling of anxiety and stress is normal at all jobs. My other team members have been doing the job for years and yes I feel as thought they sometimes get tired of bosses demand they are still able to get the job done. They never say anything to him. I don’t know if this is how managers or work should be.
Please advise me. I feel like I will lose this job. It took me years to find this job. If I lose this, I will lose everything. No savings no family.
